FIG Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it- unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at figinbloom@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. If your return is approved, we'll share next steps and the return address.
Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away at figinbloom@gmail.com if:
- the item is defective,
- the item is damaged, or
- you receive the wrong item,
so we can review the issue and make it right.
If we determine the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at check out)

Intimates, bodysuits, and similar items where hygiene is a concern
If you are unsure whether an item is returnable, please email figinbloom@gmail.com before purchasing or before starting a return.
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Note: At this time, FIG does not sell perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) or personal care/beauty items. If we offer these in the future, some of those items may be non-returnable and will be clearly noted on the product page.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to:
- Complete a return for the item you have, and
- Place a new order for the new item or size.
Once your original return is received and approved, we'll process your refund as described below.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refunable.
- For non-defective returns, any return shipping costs you paid to your carrier are not refunable.
We aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days of receiving your return. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not seen your refund, please contact us at figinbloom@gmail.com with your order details.
