Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Please note that during product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier used.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Events outside of our control

We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, FIG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  3. Reach out to us at figinbloom@gmail.com so we can assist where possible.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.


International Shipping & Customs

If applicable:

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
